Pradeep Singh, Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Pradeep Singh founded Aditi Technologies in 1994 after nine years in various management positions at Microsoft, including General Manager of the Windows 95 mobile services group. He is also the founder of Talisma, a CRM software product company. Pradeep previously held engineering and marketing positions at Texas Instruments and McKinsey & Company. Since founding Aditi, his focus has been on building world-class products and teams for software businesses worldwide. Among other honors, Pradeep has received IIT Delhi’s Distinguished Alumni Service Award (2006) and has been recognized as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum (Davos). He also serves as an Advisory Board Member of Grameen Technology Foundation.

Dr. Anil Gupta, Chief Operating Officer

As the COO of Aditi, Dr. Anil Gupta is responsible for operations, customer satisfaction, and engineering leadership development. Prior to Aditi, Dr. Gupta was at Sun Microsystems, where he spent 11 years in various senior executive positions; his last assignment being the Vice President of India Engineering Center at Bangalore. Over the years at Sun, he led a number of initiatives in engineering and operations of global networks, integration of mergers and acquisitions, and also helped reduce cost structures significantly. Before joining Sun, Dr. Gupta worked at AT&T in both Bell Labs in New Jersey and Marketing in San Francisco. He started out consulting and developed software for electric utilities. Dr. Gupta was also an advisor to the Ministry of Power, Government of Nicaragua. He is a recipient of numerous leadership awards and is a member of IEEE.

Pradeep Rathinam, President

Pradeep Rathinam spearheads the sales, marketing, and customer facing organization of the Software Product Outsourcing (SPO) and staffing business at Aditi Technologies. Prior to joining Aditi, Pradeep has spent 12 years at Microsoft, with the last three years as General Manager of the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) business within the US for Microsoft. He is actively involved with the ISV community and is on the Board of the Washington Software Association (WSA). Pradeep also worked with subsidiaries of Lotus and Unisys corporations in India.

Mark Barlow, Managing Director - Financial Products
25+ years IT & Sales. Accounting & Business Finance - Manchester University
Based in Aditi's London office, Mark is responsible for the Financial Products business unit, set up to support and market the recently acquired MindAlign technologies. In his charge, Mark will lead the unit to build the next generation collaboration environment for financial markets, in line with Microsoft's Office Communications Server Group Chat Console. Mark comes to Aditi from Microsoft, where as part of Microsoft's acquisition of Parlano, he educated the Microsoft sales-force, partners, and customers on the Group Chat Console value proposition. Prior to Microsoft, he started and managed Parlano's EMEA operations, delivering results ahead of targets and consistently out-performing the company's US operations. Mark began his career as a programmer, then worked his way through systems analysis, project management, consultancy, and sales. He has held sales and executive management roles at PLATINUM technology (now part of CA), Baan, Manugistics, and Divine.

Bharat Ahluwalia, Vice President, Account Management
13+ yrs Product Development & Program Management. B.E. - Bangalore University
Bharat's primary responsibilities are focused on management and development of Aditi's client relationships. Understanding the challenges and opportunities facing software businesses, Bharat enables our clients to strategically leverage the strengths and value that Aditi brings. Prior to this, Bharat held several senior positions in engineering, program management, and design and development of large-scale software products. He has also worked with Talisma.

Chetan L S, Vice President, People Department

Chetan's collective experience in management of software engineering and operations puts him in the best position to understand the people-work environment at Aditi. He is responsible for ensuring that Aditi implements best practices in HR and People Administration. In his engagement with Aditi, Chetan has previously held leadership roles in engineering; helping build and manage several large engineering teams and product development efforts. Prior to Aditi, he was employed with Xerox Corp and Canon.

Kaushik Banerjee, Vice President, Sales - Europe
14+ yrs Sales, Account Management & Consulting. B.E. (Electronics) - Poona University, MBA - University of Queensland
Kaushik Banerjee leads Aditi's services business in Europe. Kaushik joined Aditi from Tech Mahindra, where he was the head of their JV with Motorola in Europe. Before joining Tech Mahindra, Kaushik was Director-Strategic Accounts at Perot Systems, looking after their key FS accounts including UBS. He is an active member of the Securities and Investment Institute in London, and helped develop the "IT in Investment Operations" program for Banks. Kaushik's early career involved consultancy and channel management roles at Logica CMG (Australia) and Wipro (India).

Niranjan Nelamangalam, Vice President, Engineering
12+ yrs Software Engineering & Operations. B.S. - Bangalore University
Niranjan is responsible for Aditi's world-class product engineering operations. He looks into the product development initiatives and manages the technology expertise that spans across multiple platforms. A certified ScrumMaster, Niranjan has worked in multiple roles from corporate training to software engineering and development to project management and operations. Prior to Aditi, Niranjan worked with NIIT Ltd., Talisma, and WDS Global.

R S Rethinasamy, Vice President, Finance
18+ yrs Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary & Qualified Cost Accountant
Rethinasamy has over 13 years of experience in managing corporate finance for large companies, and has been heading Aditi Finance for the last 10 years. Prior to joining Aditi, he held several senior financial management positions at Larsen & Toubro Limited and Arvind Mills Limited.
