Pradeep Singh founded Aditi Technologies in 1994 after nine years in various management positions at Microsoft, including General Manager of the Windows 95 mobile services group. He is also the founder of Talisma, a CRM software product company. Pradeep previously held engineering and marketing positions at Texas Instruments and McKinsey & Company. Since founding Aditi, his focus has been on building world-class products and teams for software businesses worldwide. Among other honors, Pradeep has received IIT Delhi’s Distinguished Alumni Service Award (2006) and has been recognized as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum (Davos). He also serves as an Advisory Board Member of Grameen Technology Foundation.

Pradeep Rathinam, Chief Executive Officer

Pradeep Rathinam spearheads the sales, marketing, and customer facing organization of the Software Product Outsourcing (SPO) and staffing business at Aditi Technologies. Prior to joining Aditi, Pradeep has spent 12 years at Microsoft, with the last three years as General Manager of the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) business within the US for Microsoft. He is actively involved with the ISV community and is on the Board of the Washington Software Association (WSA). Pradeep also worked with subsidiaries of Lotus and Unisys corporations in India.

R S Rethinasamy, Chief Financial Officer

Rethinasamy has over 15 years of experience in managing corporate finance for large companies, and has been heading Aditi Finance for the last 12 years. Prior to joining Aditi, he held several senior financial management positions at Larsen & Toubro Limited and Arvind Mills Limited.

Pankaj Jindal, President

As President of Aditi Technologies, Pankaj Jindal is responsible for Marketing, Sales, and all other customer facing components of the organization, organizational design, and strategy. Pankaj also oversees Aditi’s relationship with Microsoft both as a Partner and Vendor for Outsourced Product Development and Staffing Services.

With a strong background in technology and business management gained through varied roles at Aditi and Microsoft, Pankaj has been instrumental in establishing Aditi as a top-ranked technology staffing partner for Fortune 500 clients across the US and UK; he also serves as President of Aditi Staffing.

Pankaj holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering and has majored in Electronics.

Vineet Kumar Arora, Vice President - Enterprise Solutions

Vineet heads the Aditi’s Enterprise Solutions business unit and is responsible for P&L management, sales and delivery of its products and services. The Aditi Enterprise Solutions business unit specifically focuses on Business Intelligence, Collaboration and Unified Communication. Prior to this, Vineet held multiple senior positions within Aditi, including managing the consulting practice and working with Microsoft in architecting solutions for enterprises and ISV’s in North America and Europe. Before joining Aditi, he has worked with Talisma, Network Programs India, and the Electronics Research and Development Center of India.
