Product quality drives 2 core success metrics for ISVs - renewal rates and profit margins. I help product teams ship bug free code. I am passionate about automation and cloud testing. And I leverage my passion to bring down the cost of quality and increase customer satisfaction for my clients. For one of my e-commerce clients, performance and regression testing was draining profitability. I built a cloud-based testing framework and leveraged pre-built automation templates to cut test costs by 28% in 4 months. Subsequently, I helped them plan and implement a 5 step test maturity model that decreased their tools and resource cost by a third.

When Yahoo and Microosft inked the deal to integrate Bing and Yahoo ad services, the 2 platforms had to be integrated. A highly complex program, realms of user data, published records and ad algorithms had to be reconciled without impacting users. Aditi led the testing effort to integrate the world’s second largest ad platform over 2 years. Microsoft’s frameworks and process model were replicated globally, automation frameworks were developed to drive regression testing and a catalogue-driven engagement provided the joint team visibility into granular cost. Over the course of the project, Aditi delivered over 18M USD in cost savings through automation, optimized test execution and improved cost of quality.

Ladbrokes

UK’s largest bookmaker partnered with Aditi for testing its Open Bet platform. Over a 3 year period, Aditi implemented Test Maturity model analysis, improvement roadmap and implemented TMMi’s 5 step process. The process improvement in testing enabled Ladbrokes to increase test coverage, optimize test execution cost and aggressively implement test automation across performance testing, regression testing and BVT.
