A technology veteran and serial entrepreneur, Pradeep Singh founded Aditi Technologies in 1994, betting on the idea that India was capable of delivering world class software products and IT services engineering. He now serves as Executive Chairman of the company and is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and execution as it continues on its course of geographic expansion and organic and inorganic growth.
Pradeep also serves as Chairman on Board of Pengala, and was Founder & CEO at Talisma. Prior to founding Aditi, Pradeep held several management positions at Microsoft, including General Manager of the Windows 95 Mobile Services, Office Excel and Encarta groups. Pradeep also held strategy, marketing, and engineering positions at Texas Instruments and McKinsey & Company.
Pradeep has been honored with IIT Delhi’s Distinguished Alumni Service Award (2006) and has been recognized as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum (Davos). He also serves as an Advisory Board Member of Grameen Technology Foundation. Pradeep holds an MBA from Harvard University, and a BS degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Pradeep Rathinam brings more than 20 years of experience in the High-Tech industry, serving in executive leadership, sales and marketing roles at Microsoft, Lotus and Unisys. He has a track record of running high performing sales business units. Pradeep has orchestrated multimillion dollar contracts, implemented innovative sales strategies and turned under-performing business units around.
Prior to joining Aditi, Pradeep served as the General Manager of the Microsoft ISV business unit.
Pradeep is actively involved with the software community in Seattle and has been on the Board of the Washington Software Association (“WSA”). Pradeep holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Delhi University.
Vineet heads Aditi’s Global Services business unit. Prior to his current role, Vineet has held multiple senior positions within the Company, including managing Aditi's consulting practice and working closely with Microsoft to develop solutions for enterprises and ISVs in North America and Europe. Before joining Aditi, Vineet has worked for Talisma, Network Programs India, and the Electronics Research and Development Center of India.
Vineet holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Kurukshetra University, India.
RS Rethinasamy brings over 15 years of financial experience and has been heading the company’s finance efforts for the last 12 years. In his position as Chief Financial Officer, Rethinasamy oversees all financial operations, focusing on capital structure, budgeting, financial reporting and managing communication with the investor community.
Prior to joining Aditi, Rethinasamy held senior finance management positions at Larsen & Toubro and Arvind Mills Ltd.
Rethinasamy is a certified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant.
As Vice President – Human Resources, Niranjan leads Aditi Technologies’ global HR operations. Niranjan has helped drive Total Employee Delight to attain a position amongst the best employers in India. He is currently responsible for Aditi’s worldwide talent acquisition, talent development, compensation/benefits, business enablement and immigration. Prior to heading HR, Niranjan was responsible for Aditi’s global product engineering operations as Vice President – Engineering. He has served in several roles at the company right from corporate training, software engineering, project management to operations. Prior to joining Aditi, Niranjan has held engineering positions at NIIT, Talisma and WDSGlobal. Niranjan holds a BS degree from Bangalore University.
